A: Shipment will depend on the availability of the item at our warehouses located in Singapore, USA and Thailand. The estimated delivery time will be ranging from 5-20 days.
Q: Are all the gemstones and crystals used in your collections genuine?
A: Yes, they are all 100% genuine gemstones. We do not use dyed stones or man-made glass in any of our collections.
Q: How long do you take to ship out orders?
A: We usually ship out within 24-48 hours upon receiving confirmation of your order. A tracking code will be emailed to you for tracking.
