Return – Refund Policy
Sacredore takes great pride in the customer service it provides. We want you to be happy with the quality and delivery of each product that you receive. Sacredore thoroughly checks each item for quality before shipping. In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your purchase, please notify us as soon as possible. Notification must be made to Help@Sacredore.com within 3 days of receipt.
Your order can be canceled within 24 hours by sending an email to support.
We can offer a refund minus shipping when items have been returned within 7 days of their receipt. This does not apply to custom-made items. Items must be in their original unworn condition and returned in the original packaging. After this period of up to 90 days, we can offer an exchange or credit note, valid for a period of 90 days. Credit notes can only be used online at www.sacredore.com. After 90 days we offer a repair service or re-plate for a small fee.

Items will not be refunded until the returned package has been received. We recommend you use a tracking service or insure valuable items if returning. We do not accept responsibility for shipping fees, sales taxes or import duties. Additional shipping charges will apply to exchanges. We are not responsible for items that you have returned which have been lost or damaged in transit.
All sales for Fine Jewellery, commissioned or personalized items are final unless faulty. Sale items may not be refunded or exchanged.
